Created by our Executive Chinese Chef, Lam Kok Weng, this dish features jumbo-sized Hong Kong Pigeons weighing around 450 grams, ensuring tender and succulent meat. These pigeons are marinated overnight using a special recipe for a perfect blend of flavors before cooking. The result is a crispy exterior and juicy meat that will delight your senses.
The Hong Kong Roast Pigeon combines carefully selected spices with the unique essence of pigeon, creating a culinary sensation. For the best experience, we recommend placing your order at least one day in advance. This allows our culinary team to prepare this exceptional dish to perfection.
