Bangkok, January 2021 Cooling Tower, the rooftop destination gracing the top of Carlton rolls out an artisanal dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Soaring high above the city, Cooling Tower combines fantastic sky-high dining, imaginative mixology and mesmerising views all in a single sky-high venue.
Starting from 5pm onwards, couples can celebrate their love story together overlooking the city. Dinner begins with hand-crafted artisanal bread basket best enjoyed with butter and Burrata Cheese alongside Parma Ham with Candy Tomato Salad. Chestnut Tortellini with Sage Butter, Pumpkin Puree and Winter Truffle will take your evening up a notch with a tinge of winter nostalgia. For mains, choose between Stew Sturgeon Fillet with Red Wine, Shallot Confit and Spring Vegetables or Grilled Beef Steak with Broccolini & Sauce Bordelaise.
A Strawberry Charlotte creation will see the Savoiardi Biscuit, Cream Cheese Mousse and Balsamic Caviar coming together for the sweet finale. Premium coffee and tea are included. To share a drink or two, check out their mocktail repertoire from the a la-carte menu.
Priced at THB 1,990++ per couple, table reservation can be made via the hotel’s channels for two evenings, 13 and 14 February.
To mark the month of love, Tuxedo Espresso Bar will also unveil a Valentine's Day Cake & Mocktail Combo at THB 280++ throughout the month. Enjoy a slice of Heart Cake (Chocolate Raspberry Mousse) paired with a specially crafted mocktail using apples and strawberries.
