A major redesign

SINGAPORE - Media OutReach Newswire - 2 December 2025 - Zoho Corporation, a leading global technology company, today announced significant upgrades to its all-in-one business software platform, Zoho One, introducing new user experience enhancements that make collaboration easier and more secure. The new version of Zoho One delivers a seamless experience across over 50 applications, putting users and the context of their work at the center.

"Today's updates to Zoho One redesign the user experience to support the evolution of work styles from a system reliant on individual apps to one that operates on a unified platform," said Gibu Mathew, VP & GM, Zoho APAC. "Customers aren't buying app licenses from Zoho One — they're buying peace of mind. They expect Zoho to handle the technology so they can focus on running their business. This update delivers exactly that — a unified experience built on unified systems, context, workflows, and data."

Zoho One was first launched in 2017 as a new software suite that helps businesses manage every aspect of their organization. Today, Zoho One includes more than 50 applications and serves more than 75,000 customers worldwide, with an average usage of more than 22 apps per customer. The platform excels in privacy, security, and reliability, leveraging Zoho’s end-to-end technology. This end-to-end control, combined with deep integrations, ensures stability and compliance, while enhancing organizations’ competitiveness through intelligent, seamless operations.

Zoho One's new features offer integrations in three key areas: user experience, system integration, and data intelligence.

User Experience – Eliminate the boundaries between applications

Zoho One's new user experience (UX) delivers a connected and contextually aware experience:
  • Spaces provide easier access to the apps we use on a daily basis. All apps in Zoho One are grouped into Spaces in the top toolbar, with each Space having its own specific purpose. Personal Spaces include apps that are personal in nature, such as those for personal productivity. Organizational Spaces include tools for corporate communication (Forums, Town Hall, Ideas, etc.). The software also has functionally specific Spaces, such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and more. Users can customize these Spaces to suit their employees' needs. This experience ties together many elements of the app, from search to settings, to provide a consistent experience across the entire system.
  • Action Panel and Quick Navigation help employees stay informed and on track. The Action Panel aggregates task lists from multiple apps to help users plan their daily work. Approvals consolidate all types of approvals from multiple apps, such as work approvals, expenses, travel, or documents requiring signatures, into a single Action Panel, making information instantly accessible without having to open multiple apps. Quick Navigation lets users navigate to different parts of the Zoho One Operating System with just a few clicks.
  • Dashboards and Boards blur the boundaries between apps. Zoho One's new Dashboard app brings together data from all connected apps, both Zoho and third-party, in one place, which users can customize with pre-built or custom widgets. Pre-built dashboards from Zoho Analytics can also be integrated into "Boards" within Zoho One. The concept of Boards is spread across the platform, emphasizing context before the apps themselves. For example, the Tasks app shows boards for personal tasks, group tasks, centralized tasks, and tasks from Projects and Sprints.
  • Visual collaboration platform Vani is being added to enhance collaboration. Today's announcement includes the addition of Vani to Zoho One, providing a single, intelligent, visually focused virtual space. Zoho One users can brainstorm, plan, and create together through flowcharts, whiteboards, diagrams, mind mapping, and video calls.

Integration – Works natively from the start

Zoho One offers native integration with Zoho apps and third-party software. It supports multiple integrations, including:
  • Unified integrations. Zoho One provides a centralized integration dashboard that allows administrators to see an overview of Zoho-to-Zoho, Zoho-to-third-party, and third-party-to-third-party connections in one place, and enable new integrations centrally within Zoho One.
  • Foundational integrations. Zoho One includes Unified Portal, a customizable space where users can bring portals from different apps together into a single screen for easier control. Unified Portal also supports portals from third-party software, even custom-built apps.
  • Pragmatic integrations. Critical integrations, like domain verification, can now be set up centrally in Zoho One. Domain verification, which usually requires setting up multiple apps, can now be done just once in Zoho One with a pre-built integration with GoDaddy, allowing non-technical users to verify their domains quickly.
  • Outcome-based integrations. Workflows that consist of multiple steps often require configuration across multiple apps, so Zoho One helps you manage those integrations appropriately. For example, Zoho One's new Smart Offboarding lets employees transfer department administration, manage device information, and perform other actions from a single workflow, resulting in a seamless offboarding process without having to switch apps multiple times.

System intelligence – centralized and contextualized

Zoho's AI assistant, Zia, is prominently featured across Zoho One:
  • Intelligence aggregated. The AI capabilities of many Zoho apps are centralized in Zoho One, allowing users to benefit from centralized intelligence.
  • Hub for intelligence. Zia Hubs, an intelligent content management system, has a dedicated space in Zoho One with pre-built workflows to maximize the use of corporate data. For example, contracts signed via Zoho Sign and meeting recordings from Zoho Meeting are automatically added to Zia Hubs folders, and these important data are searchable via Zia Search.
  • Integrated and contextual intelligence. Ask Zia will soon be available on the bottom toolbar for quick, prompt searches and pulling data from multiple Zoho apps, giving you an overview of your schedule, unfinished tasks, or follow-up items from entire meetings. Because Zoho One has deep integrations with so many apps, Ask Zia can provide contextual information to help you make effective decisions.
"We've been using Zoho One for five years now, and it has completely transformed the way we operate. We went from having limited visibility into management data to having shared, real-time dashboards that allow executives to instantly track business opportunities, revenue, and service KPIs. Our goal is to make sharing data and insights seamless across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success, and Zoho's ongoing commitment to developing a single, native portal with seamless integrations aligns perfectly with the needs of a growing business like ours."

When organizations use Zoho One as their hub, their tech stack benefits from the software’s security features, such as smart offboarding, easy employee device management, and support for encryption keys. Security is further enhanced with Zoho’s native integrations that reduce vulnerabilities and enhance anomaly detection, as well as Zoho Directory, a secure platform for administrators to manage employee identities and access—all part of Zoho One. Zoho One also adds customer-defined encryption, Cloud LDAP, and CLOUD RADIUS to help organizations more efficiently manage identity verification, access, and authorization.

Despite the addition of new features and Zoho's visual collaboration platform, Vani, Zoho One remains priced at $37 per user per month. Zoho One is available globally immediately, and AI features will continue to roll out over time.
