Christmas Eve Dinner from 18:00 to 22:00
Patrons are invited to make the night before Christmas 2018 an heirloom holiday affair for those near and dear, with this palate-pampering five-course set dinner of classic French bistro-inspired fare, featuring Smoked salmon tartare with crab; Foie gras roasted with port wine sauce; Turbot with crispy prawn, champagne and caviar sauce; and Turkey roll with bacon stuffed with chestnuts, celeriac purée and root vegetables. Diners can end the meal with yule log cake. The price is 1,800 THB++ per person (food only).

Christmas Set Lunch from 12:00 to 16:00
Why limit the festivities of Christmas to just one day? Get into the Yuletide spirit with Café Claire's Christmas set lunch consisting of three specially curated courses, featuring Gravlax salmon marinated with orange and citrus guacamole; and Guinea fowl stuffed with foie gras and bacon. To highlight the occasion of Christmas, diners can end the meal with Christmas cake served with mango, coconut and passion fruit. The price is 1,200 THB++ per person (food only). Christmas À La Carte Brunch from 12:00 to 15:00
If you did not have the chance to celebrate the heirloom tradition of Christmas Eve, there is always Christmas Day, when Café Claire has cooked up an à la carte brunch selection of festive specialities such as Lobster roll with avocado and old bay Marie rose sauce; Biologic scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and caviar; Gold charcoal burger with Wagyu beef, seared foie gras, Canadian bacon and vintage cheddar cheese; Croque-monsieur with truffle and roasted French smoked sausage; and much more. These are to be enjoyed with classic Christmas delights such as traditional Christmas turkey with stuffing, a salad bar with antipasti, and a bread and French pastry selection.

For those who would rather avoid the crowds that come with the countdown and prefer a more low-key celebration, Café Claire has prepared a five-course New Year's Eve set dinner where you can toast to the New Year and say farewell to the old. The New Year's Eve set dinner includes Foie gras terrine with Thai chocolate and chestnuts served with smoked duck; Chicken consommé with beluga lentils and truffle, Madeira wine; Brioche with lobster and leeks, seaweed and bisque sauce; Roasted duck breast with berries, creamy parsnip and Brussels sprouts; and Valrhona chocolate cake with praline.
