Brunch is breakfast without an alarm clock, Café Claire at Oriental Residence Bangkok now offers a new Sunday Brunch set menu featuring comfort French-bistro delights served in the relaxed yet sophisticated vibe that makes for a welcome respite from the central business district hustle-bustle lifestyle.
With the Sunday Brunch set menu, guests can enjoy three courses consisting of one choice of eggs dish, one selection entrée and one option from the bakery. Some recommendations include the unique Paris-style eggs benedict on toasted croissant with human and gruyère cheese, smoked salmon waffle with sour cream, egg, red onion and salmon roe and also a signature from our à la carte menu, the tuna tartare served with avocado, basil oil and sundried tomatoes.
Bakery items bring back all-time Café Claire classics including a choice of plain, blueberry or banana pancakes served with warm maple syrup or the timeless Brioche French toast served with bananas and lavender honey.
