เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ล่าสุดจากสำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน (ปปง.) ทางบริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด จึงได้ปรับเปลี่ยนขั้นตอนการยืนยันตัวตนลูกค้า (KYC) โดยเพิ่มเอกสารใหม่ที่ต้องใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตนร่วมกับเอกสารเดิม และจะมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564 เป็นต้นไป
ผู้ใช้สามารถทำการอัปโหลดเอกสารตามขั้นตอนการสมัครที่ปรากฎบนแอปพลิเคชันหรือเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งจะมีผลสำหรับผู้ใช้ที่สมัครเข้ามาหลังวันที่ 25 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564 เป็นต้นไป

- ลูกค้าที่ทำการยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) เข้ามาก่อนวันที่ 25 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2564 จะยังคงใช้เอกสารยืนยันตัวตนตามเดิมอยู่
- สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) แบบใหม่ ลูกค้าที่ผ่านการยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) มาก่อนแล้วจะไม่ได้รับผลกระทบใด ๆ และไม่จำเป็นต้องส่งเอกสารเข้ามาใหม

-เอกสารเพิ่มเติมอื่น ๆ ที่น่าเชื่อถือ (เลือกส่ง 1 รายการหรือมากกว่า) ได้แก่ ใบขับขี่ (หรือ) สูติบัตร (หรือ) บัตรข้าราชการ (หรือ) บัตรนักเรียน/นักศึกษา โรงเรียน มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ (หรือ) บัตรปลดประจำการทหาร (หรือ) ทะเบียนสมรส (หรือ) ทะเบียนหย่า (หรือ) เอกสารการจดทะเบียนพาณิชย์ (หรือ) เอกสารที่ออกโดยราชการที่มีเลขบัตรประชาชน ชื่อ นามสกุล
สามารถใช้สำเนาได้ แต่ต้องเซ็นสำเนาถูกต้องและไม่บดบังข้อมูลบนเอกสาร

-เอกสารแสดงตน (เลือกส่ง 1 รายการหรือมากกว่า) ได้แก่ ทะเบียนบ้านเล่มปกสีเหลือง (ทร.13) ที่ระบุเลขประจำตัวประชาชน 13 หลัก (หรือ) ใบอนุญาตทำงานในประเทศ (Work Permit) ที่ส่วนราชการไทยออกให้ (หรือ) ตราอนุญาตเข้าประเทศไทย ประเภทคนอยู่ชั่วคราว (Non-Immigrant Visa) หรือ Smart VISA

Announcement: Bitkub to include additional documents for verification process (KYC) starting 25 September 2021 onwards
In order to comply with the latest announcement from the Anti-Money Laundering Office of Thailand, Bitkub Online Co., Ltd will include additional documents for the verification process (KYC) starting 25 September 2021 onwards.
The document uploading process can be performed as displayed during the verification process of the Bitkub application or Bitkub website. This will affect users who register with Bitkub after 25 September 2021 onwards.
*Remark
- Customers who have verified their account (KYC) before 25 September 2021 will be able to continue using the primary verification document.
- Customers who have previously been verified their identity (KYC) will not be affected by the new identity verification policy and will not be required to resubmit any documents.

Additional documents (choose at least 1 or more) such as, Nationality ID card / other document from your home country (or) Certificate from employer and attached with employer’s ID card or Juristic Person Certificate (or) Customer authentication documents via SWIFT authenticate or customer authentication documents via Notary Public
Document copies are acceptable, but they must be certified as true copies without writing over letters.
