Guests can then choose from two mouth-watering main courses: pan seared turbot, orange-pistachio risotto, fennel and flowers, or 12-hour slow-braised short rib of beef with mashed potatoes, truffle and forest mushrooms – simply sublime! This amazing epicurean adventure ends with an indulgent dessert, “My Sweetheart”, a raspberry mousse with chocolate cremeux and strawberry sorbet.
