1 ตุลาคม 2561: บริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ AIS ประกาศแต่งตั้ง นายธีร์ สีอัมพรโรจน์ ให้ดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านการเงิน (Chief Finance Officer: CFO) รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานด้านการเงิน โดยมีผลตั้งแต่ 1 ตุลาคม 2561
นายธีร์ สีอัมพรโรจน์ สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (อุตสาหการ) จาก จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (เกียรตินิยมอันดับสอง) และระดับปริญญาโท Management Science and Engineering, Finance and Investment จากมหาวิทยาลัย Stanford ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ทั้งนี้ นายธีร์มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานด้านการเงิน โดยเคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารระดับสูงในสายการเงิน รวมถึง Chief Finance Officer (CFO) จากบริษัทต่างๆ ในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม ทั้งที่เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ อาทิ Merrill Lynch, Thai Beverage จำกัด (มหาชน), The Mall Group และ Thai Solar Energy จำกัด (มหาชน) นายธีร์เข้าร่วมงานกับ AIS ตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคม 2560 ในตำแหน่ง รองหัวหน้าคณะผู้บริหารด้านการเงิน (Deputy Chief Finance Officer)

Bangkok, October 1, 2018 (ADVANC). Advanced Info Service Public Limited Company or AIS today announced the appointment of Mr. Tee Seeumpornroj as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) responsible for financial management effective October 1, 2018.
Mr. Tee received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University (Second Class Honors) and a Master’s Degree in Management Science and Engineering, Finance and Investment from Stanford University in the United States. He has served as Chief Finance Officer in multinational corporation Merrill Lynch, and leading companies in Thailand including Thai Beverage PCL, The Mall Group and Thai Solar Energy PCL. Mr. Tee joined AIS in 2017 as Deputy Chief Finance Officer.
His competency and extensive experience in financial management will greatly benefit AIS businesses, increasing strengths to organization’s operation during the digital transformation.
