Currently, its sorting centers in Thailand cover a total area of over 450,000 square meters, with a daily parcel sorting capacity exceeding 20 million items. 2025: A Key Milestone in J&T Express Thailand’s Growth

The year 2025 marked another significant milestone, with the company achieving over 40% annual growth for the fourth consecutive year, maintaining its leading market share and further strengthening its market position.

In alignment with Thailand’s Digital Economy and Society Development Plan (2018–2037), J&T Express has increased investments in digital logistics infrastructure to enhance last-mile delivery efficiency. In 2025, the company introduced Thailand's first industrial-grade automated sorting and conveyor system for last-mile delivery operations in Thailand. This comprehensive intelligent upgrade has significantly improved operational efficiency, optimized costs, and enhanced service stability—laying a solid foundation for long-term customer experience improvement.

To further expand its service network, J&T Express continues to prioritize customer convenience. The company now operates over 6,500 J&T Home outlets and more than 1,000 terminal stations. Additionally, parcel drop-off and pick-up points have been expanded across high-traffic locations such as universities, convenience stores, and gas stations, making logistics services more accessible than ever.

In response to evolving consumer behavior in the digital era, J&T Express launched its “Scan to Pick Up” service in 2026. Customers can simply scan a QR code to schedule parcel pick-up anytime, anywhere. This service enhances convenience while reflecting the company’s advancement in intelligent dispatching systems and personalized logistics solutions.

Advancing Sustainability While Growing with Thai Society

As a leading logistics company in Thailand and Southeast Asia, J&T Express has created approximately 80,000 jobs in Thailand. In 2025, J&T Express partnered with Khon Kaen University to establish a scholarship program supporting 30 students. The company also collaborated with Panyapiwat Institute of Management, providing over 70 logistics students with opportunities to visit and learn from real operational environments.

In terms of social contribution, J&T Express worked with the Mirror Foundation to donate computers and electronic equipments to underprivileged schools. The company also provided urgent aid during severe flooding in southern Thailand, delivering essential supplies such as food, drinking water, and clothing.

On the environmental front, J&T Express is committed to sustainable business practices and natural resource conservation. In 2025, the company continued its 10-year collaboration with the Royal Forest Department, supporting forest conservation efforts in Kheaw Ra Bom and Yat Si forests. J&T has also been a pioneer in adopting eco-friendly materials in Thailand, including reusable Eco- bags, biodegradable waterproof bags, biodegradable adhesive tape, and single-page digital waybills. Currently, reusable packaging bags cover 100% of mainline transportation routes.

For last-mile delivery, the company introduced electric motorcycles in 2025, replacing traditional fuel-based vehicles with clean energy solutions. This initiative reduces carbon emissions while improving operational efficiency, establishing green delivery as a new standard.

Furthermore, leveraging its extensive logistics network and professional service capabilities, J&T Express has launched multiple initiatives to support Thailand’s key industries. In 2025, the company signed an MOU with the Department of Agricultural Extension under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to launch the “J&T Supports Local Farmers” project. This initiative offers discounted shipping rates for farmers, helping reduce logistics costs, improve the distribution efficiency of fresh produce, and expand market access. At the same time, J&T Express collaborated with the Thai Durian Association and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) to share advanced agricultural logistics management practices, supporting the standardization and competitiveness of Thai agricultural products.
