Centara Joins “Rao Tiew Duay Kan” to Spur Domestic Travel
A number of hotels and resorts to participate in the domestic tourism stimulus campaign
Bangkok, Thailand – 20 July 2020 – Centara Hotels & Resorts, Thailand’s leading hotel operator, has announced its participation in “Rao Tiew Duay Kan” (Let’s Travel Together), a domestic tourism stimulus programme which will run for four months from today to 31st October 2020.
Travellers have a number of participating Centara properties across the Kingdom to choose from, including both resort and urban destinations. In addition to the hotels which never closed, including flagship Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Centara has recently reopened many hotels and resorts in key destinations around Thailand to support the local travel market and boost domestic tourism.
Under the Thai government initiative, travellers enjoy 40 percent off accommodation of up to THB 3,000 per night, plus THB 600 credit per night to use on dining and other leisure pursuits during their stay of up to five nights.
Centara is also offering three promotional campaigns aimed at boosting domestic tourism and to support the local economy, including “Stronger Together”, with rates starting from THB 960 per night and a half-board offer for stays of four or more nights.
