Thungmahamek School for the Deaf students use sign language to present their findings as part of the “Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth” project.
“KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, and Setsatian School for the Deaf Under the Royal Patronage, organised an event and a knowledge exhibition for hearing impaired children in the Secondary Education Year 2 - 5 at Thungmahamek School for the Deaf to present their projects and to further their studies from the past 14 weeks as part of the 2nd year “Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth” project. At the event, students collaborated on creating new and creative dishes made from mushrooms that have been cultivated at the original cultivation house, including Mushroom Salad Roll with Seafood Sauce, Mushroom in Crispy Golden Cup, three types of mushroom juice, Herb Dip with Mushroom in Coconut Milk, and Fried Mushroom Papaya Salad. The event was presided by Mrs. Sudpratana Damrongchaitham, Vice President - Human Resources “KTC”, and Saijai Sangkapan, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Setsatian School for the Deaf Under the Royal Patronage, at the Main Conference Room, 2nd Foor, Thungmahamek School.
